Description

• We are seeking a skilled HVAC professional to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation).
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors on projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician/engineer.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools, testing equipment, and software.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in HVAC (e.g., EPA, ASHRAE, or local equivalent).
• Experience with energy-efficient and smart HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Work Environment:

• Full-time position.
• Field-based with occasional office reporting.
• May require overtime, weekend, or emergency call-outs.
• Reports to the Facilities Manager.
