Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Oregun – Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• Managing company staff, including coordinating and carrying out the recruitment process
• Organizational Structure and Planning
• Designing and Implementing HR policies
• Onboarding newcomers to the company
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Continually working on staff motivation and ensuring optimal output
• Managing succession planning of staff
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
• 1 – 3 years of work experience.

Salary

• N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
