We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Fresh2Go Smoothie & Co. is a fast growing food and beverage company committed to building a disciplined, productive, and people focused workforce.
  • We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Human Resources Officer to manage core HR functions, support staff welfare, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding of staff
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Handle staff welfare, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Support payroll processes by providing accurate staff data
  • Assist management with HR reports and workforce planning.

Educational Qualification

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or food service industry is an advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and record keeping abilities
  • Knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
  • Problem solving and people management skills.

Other Requirements:

  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and with management
  • Strong attention to detail and good judgment
  • Willingness to grow with the organization.

Remuneration

  • Competitive salary – N80,000 – N150,000 monthly.
