Digifame is a Digital Marketing and Human Resources (HR) company located in the Heart of Lagos, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Onboarding new employees.
Assist in performance management processes.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Monitoring staff performance and management.
Organizing staff training sessions and activities performance and management.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
2 – 4 years of proven human resources management experience in a startup / fast-paced environment
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills
