About the job

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to provide leadership and direction for the Human Resources function within our Shared Services Department.
• In this role, you will oversee HR operations, talent acquisition and development, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and policy implementation. You will also play a key role in driving a high-performance culture, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring that HR strategies remain aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, ideally with some independent P&L responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide projects and programmes.
