Job Description

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
• monitoring employee performance and evaluation
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
• Lead performance management processes, ensuring clarity in expectations, providing constructive feedback, and establishing development plans.
• Stay abreast of the latest labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization’s compliance.
• Develop, update, and effectively communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Elevate employee engagement through strategic initiatives and adept conflict resolution techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 7years experience in real estate.
• A master’s degree (M.Sc./MBA) in Human Resource Management or a related field is considered advantageous.
