Job Title: Human Resources Manager (Hospitality Experience is a Plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and career development initiatives.
• Coordinate employee welfare, training, and succession planning programs.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
• Support payroll administration through accurate employee and attendance records.
• Prepare periodic HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates.
• Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives.
• Foster effective communication between management and employees.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
