We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading both the strategic and operational aspects of the Human Resources function.
The successful candidate will partner with management to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, learning and development, and employee relations initiatives across the organisation.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline 12 – 15 years of progressive HR experience within the FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or FinTech sectors.
Relevant professional HR certification(s), which will be considered an added advantage.
Additional postgraduate or professional qualifications will be highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and workforce planning.

Salary: N2,500,000 – N4,000,000 net monthly (negotiable for an outstanding candidate)
