Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is amining company engaged in the exploration, mining, and processing of lithium. With a strong presence across the country, the company operates branches in Lagos, Abuja, and Nasarawa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Keffi, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and post job adverts on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms
• Conduct reference and background checks
• Prepare job offers and employment contracts
• Maintain a talent pipeline and track applicants using ATS or Excel

Onboarding:

• Prepare onboarding schedules for new hires
• Facilitate orientation sessions and training coordination
• Ensure all employee documents are submitted and verified

HR Administrative Support:

• Maintain recruitment and HR records (soft and hard copies)
• Track and report on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)
• Assist in HR documentation, employee records, and compliance.

Requirements
Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or general HR support.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred:

• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
