Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Overview

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a proven track record in a Chinese company or factory environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of progressive HR management experience and a deep understanding of HR best practices in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with local labor laws and company objectives.
• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain strong employee engagement.
• Advise management on strategic HR planning and workforce development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with Chinese management and adapt HR processes to support cross-cultural operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 8 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years working in a Chinese company or factory.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month (based on experience).
