Fadac Resources and Services Limited – Our client is an indigenous private sector player with 3 decades of experience in Nigeria. They plan to gradually develop an integrated oil palm plantations of up to 22,000 ha with complimentary industrial units of mills and refinery over the next few years.

Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the Managing Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
• Develop, manage, and oversee the functional HR budget and manage expenses within budget allocations.
• Lead all activities related to employment, legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures, compliance, day-to-day development, and HR initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, and report on its performance.
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
• Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a second-class upper in a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant HR certifications that demonstrate knowledge/possession of current HR competencies are required, PHR, SPHR, CIPM, MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in HR.
• Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages & ERP systems (Knowledge of Navision & SharePoint will be an added advantage).
• Hands-on experience with HR software.
• Sound understanding of General HR issues – Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, etc.
