Job Description

• The Human Resources Business Partner is to support the client’s staff management process by being a trusted business partner to multiple leaders, managers and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 3 – 7 years experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist is required.
• Relevant professional certifications is an advantage
• Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
