Job Title: Human Resources Associate

Job Summary

• The Human Resources Associate will support the HR department in various aspects of human resources management
• He will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and hiring process, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and providing support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Conduct new hire orientation and assist with onboarding new employees
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR or related field
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and employment laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary

• N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
