Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo (Proximity to Challenge or new garage is an advantage)

Job Description

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for factory and office staff
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
• Support attendance, shift records, and payroll inputs for production staff
• Assist in implementing HR policies in line with manufacturing and safety standards
• Support employee relations and welfare within the factory environment
• Coordinate training, safety briefings, and staff inductions
• Handle HR correspondence and respond to staff inquiries
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years HR experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing company
• Basic understanding of factory operations and safety compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be based in Ibadan.

Benefit

• Salary: ₦150,000 – 170,000 gross monthly
