Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Admin to join our growing medical facility in Benin, Edo State. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare or medical facility management and a strong understanding of human resources processes.
  • You will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce management, and contributing to a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Manage employee relations, address staff concerns, and support a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate staff training, professional development programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, medical regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting for management review.
  • Support management in workforce planning, staff scheduling, and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5–8 years of HR or administrative experience in a medical or healthcare facility.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and medical facility operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
