DoC Advisory (formerly Deinde Odusanya & Co) was registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree 1990, as No LAZ.036178 on 23rd July, 1996, following the receipt of its license to practice as a firm of Chartered Accountants in April 1996, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (“ICAN”).

The firm was registered with the main objective of utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach to its accountancy; auditing; financial & fair value due diligence; enterprise rehabilitation and restructuring; taxation; and economic consulting services in order to provide its clients with an integrated means of meeting their needs and achieving their objectives.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Titles: Human Resources and Admin Associate, Senior Associate and Supervisor

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This role requires a combination of Human resource planning and management, leadership skills, compliance and effective office management and other administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Human resources planning and management:

  • Manage staffing processes, including hiring, documentation, compensation, onboarding;
  • Manage Staff development and training; and performance measurement programmes;
  • Develop and maintain sustainable employee compensation plans and strategy;
  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal and other applicable labour laws;
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to teams;
  • Develop, review and regularly update the Firm’s employee policies and procedures; and
  • Design and implement employee retention strategy.

Administrative Management:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee administrative policies and procedures;
  • Manage office operations and administration;
  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and schedules;
  • Oversee facilities management and vendor relationships;

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor, resolve conflicts and develop team members to enhance performance; and
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and support.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Social Science or relevant field;
  • Minimum of 2, 3 and 4 years respective cognate experience for each of the above positions
  • Senior Associate and Supervisor must have CIPM certification.

Ideal Candidate must Possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Human resources management applications etc.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, resilient, ambitious, ethical and reliable.
