Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and be capable of supporting a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Maintain employee records and manage payroll-related documentation
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Support performance appraisal processes and staff development
• Ensure proper staffing levels and support workforce planning
• Promote a positive and productive workplace culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience in the hospitality, QSR, or hotel sector
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools

Salary Range
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
