Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart and organized HR Officer to support recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, leave management, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
• Handle employee inquiries and support workplace relations
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Support performance management processes
• Assist with payroll and employee benefits
• Manage and track employee leave and attendance records
• Support general office administration and administrative vendor coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• CIPM,CIHRM is an added advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
