Description

As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in driving sales, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing policies that support our company’s goals.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Officer to oversee our HR functions, drive sales growth, and promote a culture of excellence within our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will be employee-orientated, structure-oriented, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and retention
  • Drive sales growth by developing and implementing HR initiatives that support business objectives
  • Design, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Develop and manage the company’s recruitment and selection process
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to management on HR trends and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a sales-driven environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and promoting a positive work environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
