We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are seeking a competent and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our growing real estate team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions including recruitment, employee welfare, performance management, policy enforcement, and general HR administration.
  • You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring HR practices align with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Must be Female.

Other Requirements:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents (e.g. leave applications, disciplinary reports).
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
  • Handle employee welfare, engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate training, development, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters.
  • Assist in organizing company events, retreats, and team-building activities.
