Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Ikeja Lagos (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work schedule: Mondays – Saturdays (8.30 am – 5.30 pm)

Job Summary

• Are you looking to advance your career in Human Resource? We are currently sourcing for a smart and vibrant Human Resources Assistant, the ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring the smooth onboarding of staff.
• Assist in the coordination of staff
• Manage junior staff.
• Help implement new policies, procedures, methods, and systems
• Help in recruitment of new staffs.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Assistant.
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience as an Human Resource Assistant.
• Knowledge of Labour laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
