Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
• Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 – 10 years work experience.
• Experience in human resource management within the hospitality sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulations.
• Proven leadership ability and experience in managing a diverse workforce in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
