We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Hospitality

Job Description

Carry out recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new employees.
Manage employee records, including maintaining accurate personnel files, tracking attendance, and updating relevant databases.
Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Develope and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Handle performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and identifying training and development needs.
Handle employee relations matters, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a professional and confidential manner.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support compensation and benefits administration, including assisting with salary reviews and compensation benchmarking.
Manage exit processes, conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related matters and contribute to a positive company culture.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events to promote team cohesion and morale.
Requirements

B.Sc in any related field
1-3 years HR experience from a reputable company
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills.
Salary
N150,000 Net.
