Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with industry regulations and organizational goals.
• Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to promote a harmonious work environment.
• Coordinate training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Handle payroll administration and employee benefits in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• 5 years of experience in a related field
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
