We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them and are applied consistently
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Design and Monitor HR department’s budget
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR Department.

Requirements

  • A First Degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management or any Social Science field
  • 4 years experience in similar position
  • CIPM, CIPD,HRCI, SHRM is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate skill in database management and record keeping
  • Organized and efficient in daily task
  • Must be very versatile in all recruitment process.
