Job Summary

• We’re hiring a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to build and lead the HR function for our fast-growing food delivery and cloud kitchen business.
• This role involves setting up HR systems, driving recruitment, and shaping company culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish HR policies, systems, and processes.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across departments.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and HR software implementation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management.
• Organize training, compliance sessions, and development programs.
• Ensure legal compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Foster a strong, inclusive company culture and track employee engagement.
• Provide regular HR reports and insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a HND / Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree with 5 – 7 years of experience.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
