Job Title: Human Resource (HR) Generalist

Location: Agbara, Ogun

Job Description

• A leading manufacturing company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related queries and escalate issues where necessary.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR support role.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with HR software and MS Office tools.

Remuneration

• Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
• Accommodation is available.
