Job Title: Hub Supervisor

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Akure – Ondo

Reports to: Operations Manager
Manages / Oversees: Storage Officers at the hub

Job Summary

• We are hiring a hands-on Hub Supervisor to manage our distribution hubs. You will oversee all inbound and outbound operations, ensure cold chain compliance, maintain stock accuracy, and supervise a small team of Storage Officers.
• This role is critical in ensuring that products reach customers on time, in perfect condition, and according to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all inbound deliveries; reject and document non-compliant stock.
• Maintain cold storage at correct temperatures and monitor logs twice per shift.
• Enforce FIFO stock rotation and ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the hub.
• Coordinate outbound orders, supervise picking, verify all dispatches, and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct daily spot checks, lead monthly stock counts, reconcile variances, and maintain accurate reports.
• Supervise Storage Officers: assign tasks, monitor performance, train on compliance, and manage shift operations.
• Report operational issues, cold chain incidents, or near-expiry stock to the Operations Manager immediately.
• Ensure hub staff adhere to food safety standards, documentation discipline, and proper handling procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Must have 2 years of warehouse or hub management experience with team supervision.
• Experience in cold chain, FMCG, or fresh food distribution is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety principles (HACCP basics, cold chain, hygiene).
• Strong documentation, reporting, and compliance discipline.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
