Responsibilities

• Human Resources/Training officers are specialists who help businesses by developing, facilitating, and supervising training programs for employees.
• They assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce.

Requirements
Applicants must possess the following:

• Minimum of First Degree in Social Sciences, Business Admin, Arts, Sociology, Psychology, Industrial Relations, etc.
• 3-5 post qualification experience in training and development management.
• WASC/GCE O’Level with credit passes in English & Mathematics at one sitting.
• Working Knowledge of MS Suites.
• Chartered member of CIPM will be a distinct advantage.
• Track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
• Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Meticulous attention to details
