Job Title: HR Student Mentor

Job Summary

• HR TalentSphere is looking for proactive and results-oriented HR Student Mentors to guide students through our HR training programs.
• You will mentor learners, support their growth, and help expand our community by bringing in new students.
• This role is remote and open to candidates in Nigeria and Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide students through HR TalentSphere training programs.
• Support students’ learning and engagement.
• Promote HR TalentSphere programs and bring in new students.
• Assist in organizing virtual sessions and workshops.
• Maintain clear communication with students and the HR TalentSphere team

Qualifications

• Open to anyone who is an NYSC Corps member, a 400-level undergraduate student, or has at least one year of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient with tools such as Trello and Asana
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about mentoring, teaching, and helping others grow in HR.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Salary

• Performance-based.
