We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Operations Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR/Operations Officer to join our team.
  • This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and fostering a productive work environment that aligns with our commitment to innovation and excellence.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, overseeing operational processes, and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities.

Operations:

  • Support the planning and execution of operational strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office activities and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align operational processes with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost control.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, Nigerian labor laws, and operational management practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Candidates residing in or near Lekki Phase 1 are highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of N200,000 – N350,000.
  • Other attractive benefits.
