Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support daily HR operations at our client retail supermarket in Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Training & Continuous Personnel Development, Communication, Benefits & Compensation, and Employee Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating employee training and development programs
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Handle routine employee benefits and compensation matters
• Maintain effective internal communication across departments
• Perform other HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2–3 years HR experience, preferably in retail or FMCG
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
