Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• In order to maintain leadership position within the top 3 we are building a strong HR team that would take the company to the next level. As a result there is vacancy for HR Officer.

Academic Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of BSc or HND in Human Resource Management or related field
• Membership of CIPM or related certification will be an added advantage.

Our preferred candidate should have:

• A strong HR background with at least 3 year of Generalist experience.
• A working knowledge of performance management (Able to undertake pay grading project from start to finish).
• A working knowledge of payroll management.
• Flare to drive productivity with little or no supervision.
• Sound knowledge of HRIS
• Advance knowledge of excel and other MS office suite.
• The ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
• High organization skill.
