Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the day-to-day human resources operations of our organization.
• The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance with labor regulations while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of HR experience, preferably within the automobile, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
