Job Brief

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions at our client retail supermarket operations in Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR skills, with a core focus on Benefits & Compensation, Performance Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Experience using ERP systems for HR processes is essential.

Key Duties

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits structures aligned with company policies.
• Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, KPIs, and feedback systems.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Maintain and update employee records using ERP software.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Support organizational development and training initiatives.
• Relate with other stakeholders
• Employee engagement and management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the retail sector.
• Proven experience in compensation, performance management, and compliance.
• Proficient in the use of ERP systems for HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Gender: Male (for gender balance).

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly
