Job Title: HR Manager

Summary

• Our client is recruiting an experienced HR Manager who is strong with Payroll management
• As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible to manage personnel-related issues, payroll, maintaining employee records, and supervising the performance of employees.

Responsibilities

• Create hiring plans for front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates.
• Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
• Calculate and manage payroll and keep updated records of payments.
• Oversee employee attendance and working schedules including breaks, overtime, and paid time off.
• Ensures restaurant staff complies with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
• Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
• Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field.
• 3 – 5 years work experience.
• Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting for junior, senior, seasonal, and part-time positions.
• Excellent people skills.
• Strong payroll management skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
