Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager on behalf of our clientto oversee all human resource functions for our beauty and medical aesthetics business.
• The HR Manager will be responsible for setting up and managing HR structures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving performance management, and fostering a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠Set up and manage HR structures and processes, including policies, job descriptions, appraisal frameworks, and promotion criteria.
• Oversee employee lifecycle management: recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
• ⁠Conduct quarterly and annual performance appraisals for all employees, including line and operations managers.
• Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, leave administration, HMO, and pension remittances.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and performance alignment.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to support business goals while ensuring people compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and provide advisory support to management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR management.
• Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, spa, healthcare, or medical aesthetics industry is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, payroll, tax, and pension regulations.
• Experience setting up HR systems and structures from scratch.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage the organization’s HR function.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
