Role Summary

• They are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s human resource function across multiple business operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, drive employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and best HR practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHRi/SPHRi is highly preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience working within a diversified organization, manufacturing, engineering, construction, Real estate, financial services or other large corporate environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.

Salary
N1,500,000 per month.
