Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving HR strategies, managing workforce operations, and fostering employee engagement in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years progressive HR experience.
• CIPM certification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
