Job Title: HR intern

Responsibilities
Human Resources Intern:

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and send follow-up emails.

Onboarding & Employee Records

• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating training schedules.
• Maintain and update physical and digital employee records, ensuring utmost confidentiality and accuracy.

General HR Administration

• Assist with payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying necessary data.
• Respond to employee queries regarding company policies, procedures, and basic HR matters.
• Draft internal communications and help organize employee engagement activities.
