Job Title: HR Intern

Job Description

• Are you genuinely interested in building a career in Human Resources — not just by theory, but through real, hands-on experience?
• We are currently seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This opportunity is open to graduates and NYSC Corps Members (seeking PPA placement) looking to gain valuable HR experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Assisting with onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintaining HR records and databases
• Drafting HR letters and basic documentation
• Providing administrative support to the HR team
• Occasionally supporting HR consulting activities for client organizations.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• NYSC Corps Members and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior internship or basic exposure to HR is an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate or NYSC Corps Member with a keen interest in Human Resources
• Basic knowledge of HR principles is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow.
