We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: Reports to the Head, HR

Job Purpose

• To support the achievement of organizational goals by delivering efficient and effective human resource services across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, compliance, and learning & development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and documentation.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives while preparing HR reports and workforce analytics.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional Certification:Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM/CIPM) or equivalent HR certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3–5 years in Human Resources.
