Job Title: HR Data Analyst

Job Summary

• The HR Data Analyst (Payroll & HR Functions) will be responsible for providing data-driven insights across core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compensation.
• This role ensures accuracy and compliance in payroll, maintains HRIS data integrity, and delivers reports and analytics that support strategic workforce planning and organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report HR data across key functions, including recruitment, performance, learning & development, employee relations, and compensation.
• Administer payroll processes with accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Monitor HR metrics such as Time to Fill, attrition, and training effectiveness to guide decision-making.
• Generate insights and dashboards to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and assist with compliance reporting and audits.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Manangement or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll administration and HR data analysis.
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Excel (or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of HR principles across multiple HR functions.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
