We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Analyst

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The HR Analyst is critical in supporting the Human Resources department by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, HR knowledge, and a passion for improving organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, performance reviews, surveys) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and informative HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys, talent acquisition initiatives, and performance management programs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency through data analysis and process redesign.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations by conducting regular audits and providing guidance to the HR team.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to support the HR department’s decision-making process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HR Analytics or a related field
  • Data Analytics certification
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Familiarity with statistical software
