We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • The role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with department heads to plan workforce requirements and organizational structure.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance to management and staff on HR policies and best practices.
  • Design and implement performance management systems and appraisal processes.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and maintain proper HR documentation
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and analyze workforce metrics to support decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • 5 – 8 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in healthcare or diagnostics experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to resume immediately.
