Job Description

• We are seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across a serviced apartment facility in Apo, Abuja.
• The ideal candidates should have 4–7 years of relevant experience in hotels, serviced apartments, short-lets, or other hospitality environments and demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing apartments for guests, maintaining common areas, and ensuring that all assigned spaces meet required hygiene and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare apartments, rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and assigned areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Prepare apartments for new guest arrivals and ensure units are guest-ready.
• Clean and maintain common areas, corridors, reception areas, and other designated spaces.
• Replace bed linen, towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies as required.
• Report damaged items, maintenance issues, or missing items promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Respond professionally to guest requests relating to housekeeping services.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant housekeeping experience in hotels, serviced apartments, short-lets, or similar hospitality environments.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and housekeeping practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Previous experience in a serviced apartment or hotel environment is an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
