Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Abuja
Reports To: Operations Manager/Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary

• The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that all guest apartments are clean, hygienic, well-organized, properly stocked, and ready for guest check-in. The role requires attention to detail, honesty, good time management, and a strong commitment to maintaining DAL’s housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest apartments, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, and other supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and surfaces.
• Replenish toiletries, water, tissue, and guest amenities.
• Ensure apartments are properly arranged and ready before guest arrival.
• Follow housekeeping checklists and conduct final inspections.
• Check for damaged, missing, or misplaced items and report them promptly.
• Report maintenance issues and faulty equipment to the supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings with honesty, care, and confidentiality.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow all hygiene, health, safety, and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of OND or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, shortlet, serviced apartment, or cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning and hygiene practices.
