Job Title: In-house Architect

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the In-House Architect, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs, supervising project execution, and ensuring that all building plans align with regulatory standards, client specifications, and engineering requirements within the EPC framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed design documentation for projects
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and project alignment
• Review project specifications, site conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Supervise site activities to ensure architectural designs are properly executed
• Prepare and present design proposals, revisions, and technical reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design within EPC, construction, or engineering environments
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory standards, and construction processes
• Excellent communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N400,000 monthly.
