Job Title: Hotel WaitStaff

Job Description

• We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated waitstaff to join our team at Beulah House and Lounge
• The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to our guests, creating a memorable dining experience in our hotel restaurant and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets hotel standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and grace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and food handling practices.
• Assist with special events and banquets as needed.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree, FSLC, NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
• Previous experience in waitstaff or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
• Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
