Job Summary

• We are looking for a hotel supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, support staff, and maintain high standards of guest service across departments such as the front desk, housekeeping, and food service.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Oversight: Coordinate daily shift tasks, schedule work hours, and lead team members.
• Guest Services: Resolve customer complaints quickly and handle special guest requests.
• Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Training: Help onboard and train new hospitality staff.
• Department Communication: Share important shift updates between teams and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate a team and solve problems calmly.
• Communication: Clear speaking and writing skills to talk with guests and staff.
• Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
